New Home: WCL and Red Home Realty
Apologies for being absent for the past few months. I have switched from Keller Williams to a broker well known in the UT campus area, West Campus Living. They have an excellent staff there, so if you have any questions about where you want to live next year, give them a call at 512 472 9878. If you need a place to live next semester or if you know anyone that is looking to lease or rent, please don't hesitate to give them my number, I would be happy to help. Thank you, and hope you all are having a great year so far!

Feedback and Thoughts
People want to see results quickly. If they want to sell a house, they feel like it should sell in the first few months that they put it on the market.
People expect you to get back to them as quickly as possible about new apartment rates, new incentives for buyers, and updates on how close they are to getting what they want.
People who sit down, talk, and find common ground with me and my services are usually the people that get the least stressed out about their living situation.
People are my business, and they said this business is tough. In order to have good business, I need to keep my people happy.
I WANT TO WORK FOR YOU, as hard as I possibly can. I just YOU to want to sit down for thirty minutes to an hour, and just talk to me. Tell me what you are really wanting to get out of this. After I know that, I know what to aim for, and I feel so confident that I can deliver it. Thanks for reading, and if you or anyone you know is interested in buying, selling, or renting, please give me a call or don't hesitate to give out my number. Happy Thanksgiving!

Interest Rates
Here's some quick mortgage news for you.
MBS prices and therefore rates have slipped a bit out of the recent range, but are still holding around 4.875-5.125% for solid borrowers on 30-yr fixeds (conventional and FHA).
Jumbo rates are in the 5.625-5.875% range.
This week is light on economic data, but there are many Federal debt auctions this week, which will be the main driver of rates this week.
The big thing to watch in the near future will be the affect on rates if the end of the Fed's purchase of MBS's- this program is already beginning to wind down.
